BRADY360TM Comprehensive Customer Care for WRAPTORTM Wire Marking System provides on-site preventative service at your facility that will extend the life of your printer by ensuring it is in peak running condition. It also allows for in-person training by a Brady Support Engineer. In addition, you get loaner availability and warranty extension options to minimize and quickly resolve downtime at a predictable cost.
All BRADY360 WRAPTOR programs can be purchased directly from the Brady Corporation. All WRAPTORs purchased after June 1, 2008 will come with a BASIC agreement for the first year of ownership. If you are a new WRAPTOR customer, it is recommended to use the on-site support in the first few months for primary setup and training purposes. |
