UID Brady Barcode Scanners & Verifiers

Brady offers a variety of barcode scanners for reading both the linear and 2-D symbols required for UID labeling. The Microscan Quadrus® Verifier may also be purchased through Brady.

Code Reader 1200^TM Scanners:

Code Reader 1200™ (CR1200) reads and decodes linear and Data Matrix symbols for UID applications. The CR1200 has a unique wide angle lens to decode barcode types and symoblogies. Document imaging is achieved through control over field size, gray scale, black/white threshold, and graphics compression.

Code Reader® 2.0 Scanners:

Code Reader® 2.0 (CR2) has the ability to read both low density/large and high density/small linear and 2D barcodes. Rugged and versatile, it can stand up to the most demanding applications. Cabled or wireless formats are available.

Code Reader® 3.0 Scanners:

Code Reader® 3.0 (CR3) combines the best mega pixel imaging technology with a graphic display and a keyboard, to create the smallest product, with the most features on the market. The CR3 reads linear, as well as Data Matrix symbols due to its unique Dynamic Optimization Technology, which improves decoding efficiencies. Cabled or wireless formats are available.

Microscan LDP Compliance Verifier:

Brady is now offering the Microscan LDP Compliance Verifier for compliance with the Department of Defense mandated UID policy in accordance with MIL-STD-130 and DFARS 252.211-7003.  The Microscan LDP Compliance Verifier offers a symbol verification report, in full compliance with UID standards and requirements.
