Brady NetDoc software comes with three months of technical support. During this three-month period, installation typically occurs and the database population begins. Additional paid support is offered to those interested, for a nominal fee.
Paid support includes product upgrades and continued phone and email support. Continued support guarantees that your solution remains updated and that your staff will always move forward with the best tools developed.
NetDoc software is supported by the Brady Technical Support Team. NetDoc software users may contact a Technical Support Representative between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM CDT to answer any software questions.

The ASAP program assists users with NetDoc software installation by having a Brady Technical Support Representative walk them through the installation and the initial set up of the software. A key aspect of the TIA606A standard, proposes four separate classes of administration scalable to various infrastructure sizes. NetDoc is suited and capable of conforming to each class of administration.
