Simple Promotion - OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE OR INTERNET ACCESS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Brady Worldwide, Inc. Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins 12:01 AM Central Standard Time (CST) September 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 CST June 15, 2008 ("entry period"). There are three ways to enter: online, trade-show entry or by mail.  No other method of entry will be accepted.  Online Method: To enter online during the entry period, go to bradyid.com/simple. Follow the directions to complete the online entry form, answer the questions and click submit. Entrants must complete all data requested on the online entry form. Online entries must be completed and received by Brady Worldwide, Inc. by June 15th at 5:00 PM CST. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries are void.

2. If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Giveaway by sending a 3" x 5" postcard, including your name, address, and daytime phone number to: Brady Worldwide, Inc., Brady Worldwide, Inc., ATTN: Simple Promotion PO Box 2131, Milwaukee, WI 53201. Mail in entries must be received by June 15th, 2008. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the property of Brady Worldwide, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

You may also enter by completing a trade-show entry form or by registering your attendance at a trade-show booth.  Entrants must complete all data requested on the entry form. Online entries must be completed and received by Brady Worldwide, Inc. by June 15th at 5:00 PM CST. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries are void.

Brady Worldwide, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider, Internet, web site or other accessibility or availability issues, traffic connection, unauthorized human intervention, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. Entrants shall be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Two prizes will be given away. Each prize will consist of a fuel gift card in the amount of $1200 USD (1276 CAD) and a GPS Receiver $350 USD ( 372 CAD) To enter register at www.bradyid.com/simple, complete a trade-show entry form or mail a 3x5 postcard with participant's name, home address and telephone number to Brady Worldwide, Inc., ATTN: Simple Promotion, PO Box 2131, Milwaukee, WI 53201. The number of entries received will determine the odds of winning. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded in the name of the contestant only. No cash substitute or other substitutions of any kind will be permitted for the Prize. The Prize is not redeemable for other merchandise. Brady Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.

3. JUDGING: The winner of the Prize will be randomly selected on January 15th, 2008 at approximately 1:00 PM (CST)  and May 16th at approximately 1:00 PM (CST). If an ineligible winner is selected, the drawing will be re-performed until an eligible winner is identified. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec). To participate in this promotion, you must be 21 years of age or older as of the date the Giveaway begins. You must be an owner or employee of a business and/or manufacturing company in the United States and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec). Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees and distributors (past and present), of Brady Worldwide, Inc. and their respective family members, agents, affiliated companies, any public relations, promotion, advertiser or advertising agency associated with this promotion, are ineligible to participate. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prize Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within seven days following notification. Canadian residents must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question in order to be declared a winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any entrant to comply with any Official Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Brady Worldwide, Inc. will notify the winner when the Prize is available for pickup. The winner shall be responsible for all transport and delivery costs pertaining to the Prize. The Prize will be available for pickup at Best Buy location nearest the winner (yet to be named) during normal business hours. The winner will have 30 working days to pickup the Prize.

Winner grants Brady Worldwide, Inc., the right to use and publish their legal name and state/province/territory of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Giveaway. Except winners who are residents of the State of Tennessee, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Brady Worldwide, Inc. to use the Prize winner's name and likeness for editorials, advertising and promotional purposes without payment of additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Canadian residents participating in the Giveaway consent to the collection, use and transfer of their personal information outside Canada by Brady Worldwide, Inc. or its agent for purposes of administering the Giveaway, pursuant to the Brady Worldwide, Inc. privacy policy located at: www.bradyid.com/simple By entering, participants release and hold harmless Brady Worldwide, Inc., its subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won, any misuse or malfunction of the Prize, participation in the Giveaway, or related activities.

As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which shall apply the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard for its rules of conflicts of laws. In any such dispute, participant shall, under no circumstances be entitled to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses, if any, associated with participating in the Giveaway, and participant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

IN NO EVENT WILL BRADY WORLDWIDE, INC, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPANT'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE INTERNET SITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
