• How much does the PowerMark weigh?

• Can a replacement keyboard be ordered?
  Yes, through your local Brady distributor. Order P/n Y4230 (keyboard) and Y6830 (English keyboard overlay).
   
• How much can you expand/condense on the PowerMark stand-alone?
  Text can be expanded in 10% increments beginning at 110% up to 200%. Text can be condensed in 10% increments beginning at 90% down to 50%. This feature cannot be used if the "Condense to fit" option is turned on and a "length" for thelabel has been entered.
   
• What does "text too long" message mean?
  The type of ribbon you have in your printer determines the maximum length of a label. A monochrome ribbon allows a label length of 200 inches (if using MarkWare, the maximum length is 60 inches). The maximum for a multi-colored ribbon is 14 inches. If creating multicolor labels by swapping monocolor ribbons, the maximum length is 24 inches.
  
• How do I order new wipers for my printer?
  Contact your local Brady distributor. Order p/n Y8064 (wiper) and p/n Y4763 (bar). The wiper attaches to the bar and will clean the surface of the label prior to printing.
  
• Can the leader/trailer on a label be adjusted?
  Yes, through the setup menu, the setting can be changed. It is not recommended to go below 0.25".
  
• Can the printer be upgraded and how?
  Yes, the unit can be upgraded through a PC connection or from a flash card. The Flash Card part number is Y344732 or the Floppy is Y344733.
