Brady’s Stress Free service is a free service designed for the convenience of our customers who have purchased a Brady system and require printer setup for the first time. This is one-hour phone appointment puts a friendly and knowledgeable Brady technician on the phone to walk through the initial software install and printer setup of your Brady label printer and software system.
Brady's Stress Free System Service will get you "up and running" on your new equipment with less stress than ever before. Best of all, this service is free with *qualifying Brady printers and software. When you purchase qualifying benchtop printers, Brady's Technical Support Team will schedule a free phone setup assistance appointment. During this call, a Brady technician will help you set up the printer and make sure that the software is working.
The Stress Free Setup Service Assistance service includes basic Brady software and printer setup support such as:
- Printer overview: Installing ribbons and label materials, calibration, cleaning and maintenance
- Printer driver install: Installing and configuring of the printer driver
- Software Install: Installing the printer software (if necessary)
- Successful test print: Creating a simple test label to ensure communication and print quality
