Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Brady stocks thousands of products with the goal of providing customers with expedient shipping on in-stock products. Orders on in-stock products placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will ship same day, after 2:00 p.m. CST will ship the following day. SPC products will ship within 3-5 days of the order placement. Brady uses UPS Ground as the standard shipping service. For in-stock products, Brady also offers UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day service for quicker shipments, but the customer may choose their carrier preference at checkout on BradyID.com.

If the customer prefers to use its own shipping account to pay for shipping charges, Brady offers the ‘ship on account’ option at checkout. Lead time will be provided on order acknowledgement to indicate the approximate amount of time it will take for product delivery.

Provision for Multiple Shipments

Multiple-item orders placed on BradyID.com may be fulfilled by multiple shipments. If your order is fulfilled by multiple shipments, please be aware that your items may arrive at different times, but you will not be charged more than the original shipping and handling price presented at the time your order is confirmed.

Returns

In the case of product defect or error, Brady takes responsibility for the product’s return freight. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Brady. Any defective products may be returned at any time. Other returns on in-stock items purchased within the last 12 months are accepted with no re-stocking fee. After 12 months to 18 months, Brady will apply a 10% re-stocking fee. Any product older than 18 months old is not returnable. Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a Brady error or the product is defective.
