    • Brady LabelMarkTM  Labeling Software New V3.1 Has More User-Friendly Features

     

     MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- (December 16, 2005) -- Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) has released the new 3.1 version of its LabelMarkTM  label design software, written specifically for identification applications in telecommunications, electrical and general industrial markets. This version features a Datacomm File Creation Wizard with an easy to use interface that takes datacomm users directly to a labeling application specific to their needs. Additional graphical formats are now supported, including .bmp, .pcx, .jpg, .wmf, .tif, and .gif.

     

    Other new features include 2D barcode capability, so more data can be encoded on less label space; multi-zone label formats that allow printing of up to four unique zones; streamlining of basic data import; and automatic text formatting resizes data to fit on the label. Other improved features include simplified data import, automatic data refresh, and a more intuitive user interface.
