This session will review the practical management aspects of implementing TPM, including planning, training and auditing.

Eric Whitley is a Management Consultant with Productivity Inc., a leading international operations improvement consulting and training firm. Prior to joining Productivity Inc., Eric was the TPM Coordinator at Autoliv ASP, where he played a key leadership role in the company's TPM and Lean initiatives. His efforts were instrumental to Autoliv winning the Shingo Prize in 2003, 2005 and 2006, and Eric brings this successful managerial expertise to his consulting engagements with Global 1000 clients. Eric has also held positions in manufacturing management and quality management with organizations in the automotive, consumer products, aircraft, and food service industries.
