In the past ten years, Greg has helped to develop maintenance strategies that have saved millions of dollars for clients such as Boeing, Harley Davidson, BMW, Mercury Marine, NutraSweet, Leggett & Platt, Appleton Papers, Federal Mogul, and Shell Global. Prior to joining Marshall Institute, Greg served as continuous improvement manager, directing TPM, 5S, SMED and other lean initiatives in a 1000-employee union factory. Greg shares his experience from the perspective of someone who has had the opportunity to lead, live, and sustain reliability improvement.
