Two free hours of label printer technical services are included with Brady 360™ Preferred Plan. Services are also available to purchase individually outside of the Brady 360 Preferred Plan.
- Product Setup Assistance. Our professional phone technicians will walk you through the initial setup of your Brady label printer system and software. Services range from our free phone-based Stress-Free Setup available for basic assistance, to fee-based extended phone and on-site set up.
- Product Use & Training Assistance. When you know what you want to do with your Brady label maker but you’re not sure how to do it, this is the service to turn to. Whether your application is basic or complicated, this hourly, fee-based service lets you speak with our phone technicians for assistance in using the features and functions found on your Brady label printer or software. On-site and group product use training also available.
- Template Creation Service. If you need to print numerous one-of-a-kind labels that all have the same layout and formatting, then let Brady create a custom template file that will save you label creation and typing time! Most templates are simple stand-alone templates or templates designed for importing data from a spreadsheet and are included in this flat-rate service. For highly complex templates and label importation requirements, Brady’s Advanced Tech Services is the best choice.
- Advanced Technical Services. Advanced services for the advanced user. Brady technicians will program custom front-end software interface, convert your existing label library into files for use in Brady label printer systems, create high-level complex template files, integrate complex databases, and assist you in integrating your Brady system with third-party software. - Preventive Maintenance Service. Avoid downtime and ensure your Brady label printing system keeps working for you. At the two-year service mark of your printer, we’ll evaluate the operation of your label printer; clean all its moving parts, replace any wearable parts other than the printhead, and upgrade your label printer to the latest firmware-only revision. Peace of mind to keep your investment in top-running condition.
- Repair & Troubleshooting Service. When things don’t go as they should, you’re a phone call away from accessible, highly trained, factory-based technicians.
