Description:
Brady B-605 is 1.0 mil polyvinylfluoride film and an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The tape is overlaminated with a 0.25 mil polyester film to protect printing.

B-605 is used primarily as a pre-printed wiremarker.

B-605 has excellent flexibility and solvent and abrasion resistance. B-605 is available in white with printed legend and solid colors.

The following testing is performed with pre-printed B-605 wiremarkers and flat samples. Wiremarker samples were wrapped on 0.080" OD wires and flat samples were applied to flat aluminum panels. All samples allowed to dwell 24 hours prior to testing.

SOLVENT RESISTANCE

Pre-printed wiremarkers were wrapped around 0.080" OD wire and also were laminated to flat aluminum panels. Samples allowed to dwell 24 hours prior to test. Testing consisted of 5 cycles of 10 minute immersions in the specified chemicals followed by 30 minute recovery periods. Testing was conducted at room temperature.
