| TDS No. B-709 |
Effective Date: 26-Jun-2000
|
Description:
B-709 is a polyester film with a removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and a white printable coating specially formulated for laser printers and toners.
B-709 is for alphanumeric and barcode applications that require good solvent resistance and moderate to high temperature performance. This product works well on the topside of most circuit boards and IC's, as well as for general labeling.
B-709 has a specially formulated adhesive which removes cleanly from most surfaces. It is recommended to test for removability before use on any surface.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
|
Samples printed with a Hewlett Packard LaserJet 6P laser printer. Test was conducted at room temperature after 24 hour dwell. Testing consisted of a 1 hour immersion in the specified chemicals. After the immersion the samples were rubbed 10 times with cotton swabs saturated in test fluids. Testing was conducted at room temperature.
