Brady's Lockout tags are used for energy control point identification and lockout tagout documentation. Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove the lockout tagout tag. Brady offer lockout tags in a variety of materials, including cardstock, vinyl, economy polyester, heavy cardstock, heavy duty polyester and plastic. Select cardstock lockout tags are perforated with a detachable key stub, making it easy to match up the lockout tags and padlocks with the right key. Matching identification numbers are printed on each part. A 1-inch diameter metal ring is provided for attaching the stub to the key. |
