Our new combined lockout & lock box station with components includes a yellow powder-coated metal lockout cabinet with one adjustable shelf (extra shelves can be ordered using part number LC254M). Lockout cabinet is capable of being locked closed and can easily be wall mounted using predrilled holes in back. Lockout safety tips are printed inside cabinet door. Product dimensions are 16"H x 14"W x 6"D. Lock box (LG252M) attaches to bottom of cabinet and accommodates 8-10 locks depending on lock size. Lock box dimensions are 6"H x 15"W x 3"D. Components include: 1-120V Snap-On Breaker Lockout (65387), 1-120/277V Clamp-On Breaker Lockout (65396), 1-480/600V Clamp-On Breaker Lockout (65397), 1-Universal Multi-Pole Breaker Lockout (66321), 1-Oversized Breaker Lockout (65329), 1-Cleat for 120/277V Clamp-On Lockout (65404), 1-Cleat for 480/600V Clamp-On Lockout (65406), 1-Wall Switch Lockout (65392), 1-110V Plug Lockout (65674), 1- 3-In-1 Plug Lockout (PLO23), 1- 1"-2 1/2" Gate Valve Lockout (65560) and 1- 1"-6 1/2" Adjustable Gate Valve Lockout (64057).
