The LOSP22 Lockout Procedure Station includes 1 - Backboard with white PVC coated steel binder rack and hardware, 1 - Lockout Procedure Binder (LOSB1) and 1 - Pad of 25 Lockout Safety Procedures Forms (LOSF5).
