Heavy duty red clipboard allows lockout information and hardware to be conveniently carried directly to the lockout location. Lockout procedures can be displayed on clipboard and hung in place using attached strap. Lockout safety tips are silk-screened on the back for constant safety reminders. Procedure Forms (LOSP5) and lockout hardware sold separately.
