BRADYSOFT LABEL ARCHIVE extends BRADYSOFT's label design and printing functionality by implementing a comprehensive, networked database that adds an enterprise-level traceability and security layer to the entire label design and print process.

Quickly track down and correct errors in the labeling process with Version Control capabilities

• Maintain every draft label version with every comment and design change in order to go back in time and/or "rollback" to previous versions of the label.
• Print a watermark on test labels or label reprints to prevent unauthorized labels from entering production.
• Reprint exact copies of previously printed labels from selected print jobs

Easily manage the approvals process with Workflow Management functionality

• Implement multi-stage (Draft, In Approval, and Final) approval of label designs by designated reviewers prior to their release into production.
• Manage all versions and authorize and distribute only one "Approved" version.

Open Limited Printing Access through the Network client applications

• BRADYSOFT LABEL ARCHIVE ensures limited access using unique identification of individuals and easy to create "user groups."
• Additionally, at the point of critical approvals the BRADYSOFT LABEL ARCHIVE software prompts for the user's password again to ensure that the individual did not walk away from their workstation only to have another person take over and approve the label.
