Prinzing Large Ball Valve Lockout Product Upgrade Program

ATTN: ALL PRINZING BALL VALVE LOCKOUT OWNERS

Brady Corporation has redesigned the Prinzing Large Ball Valve Lockout Device to improve the product's overall safety and effectiveness.

The devices included in the Prinzing Large Ball Valve Lockout upgrade program are product numbers:

BS08A (Red)
BS08A-YW (Yellow)
BS08A-GN (Green)
BS08A-BU (Blue)

The part being replaced is the half that currently has the word "Prinzing" molded onto the top of the lockout device.

Part to be Replaced

The product upgrade program is being implemented to ensure the safe and effective use of the Prinzing Large Ball Valve Lockout device by providing a tighter fit with a wider range of valves. The previous version of the lockout device may be rendered ineffective under certain circumstances.

The upgraded part can be identified by the white label located on the interior wall of the lockout devices stating "Brady Corporation Large Ball Valve Product Enhancement".

Enhanced Part

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PRODUCT NUMBERS THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE UPGRADED LABEL, PLEASE:

As part of this upgrade program, please discard all instances of the old part and replace with the upgraded part.

All current and future production of this devices will include the redesigned upgraded part component.
