Michael Nauman

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

J. Michael Nauman - Mr. Nauman has served on the Company’s Board of Directors and as the Company’s President and CEO since August 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Nauman spent 20 years at Molex Incorporated, where he led global businesses in the automotive, data communications, industrial, medical, military/aerospace and mobile sectors. In 2007, he became Molex's Senior Vice President leading its Global Integrated Products Division and was named Executive Vice President in 2009. Before joining Molex in 1994, Mr. Nauman was a tax accountant and auditor for Arthur Andersen and Company and Controller and then President of Ohio Associated Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Nauman’s broad operational and financial experience and perspective as the Company's CEO, as well as his leadership and strategic perspective, provide the Board with insight and expertise to drive the Company’s growth and performance. Mr. Nauman holds a bachelor’s of science degree in management from Case Western Reserve University. He is a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant. He is a board member of the Arkansas Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Coalition, Museum of Discovery and the Quapaw area council of the Boy Scouts of America.

 

Bentley Curran

Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Digital Business

Mr. Curran has been Vice President of Digital Business and Chief Information Officer at Brady since 2012. He has been instrumental in growing the Company’s digital presence. He joined the Company in 1999 and has held several technology leadership positions, including Vice President of Information Technology and Global Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Brady, Mr. Curran served in a variety of technology leadership roles for Compucom and the Speed Queen Company. He holds a Bachelor of business administration from Marian University and holds an associate of science degree in electronics and engineering systems.

 

Pascal Deman

Vice President and General Manager, Workplace Safety

Mr. Deman leads Brady’s Workplace Safety business, where he is responsible for driving the division’s digital transformation. He was appointed Vice President and General Manager of Workplace Safety in 2020, and has been with Brady since 1998, most recently leading both the America’s Workplace Safety business and European marketing parts of the Workplace Safety business. As the architect of the Workplace Safety digital strategy in Europe, he helped drive digital growth there before turning his focus to transforming the digital strategy in the Americas. He has also been instrumental in building a pipeline of new products for the Workplace Safety business. Prior to Brady, Mr. Deman worked in direct marketing consulting and sales for Schober, a German company, and Infotrade, a Belgian company. He holds a marketing degree.

 

Andrew Gorman

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Gorman joined Brady as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April, 2020. In this role, he is responsible for Brady's global legal function and serves as corporate secretary and adviser to Brady's Board of Directors and senior management team on all legal, risk, compliance and governance issues. Mr. Gorman previously served as Vice President, General Counsel (North America), Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary at AptarGroup. Before joining AptarGroup, he counseled a variety of corporate clients in private practice, including as an attorney at Mayer Brown, LLP in Chicago, where Mr. Gorman started his legal career. He holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Gorman is a Certified Public Accountant.

Helena Nelligan

Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Ms. Nelligan joined Brady in November, 2013. As Senior VP of Human Resources, Ms. Nelligan has focused on talent acquisition and organizational development, and is leading the Company’s inclusion and diversity efforts. She comes to Brady from Eaton Corporation, where she was employed since 2005. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Electrical Products and Electrical Systems and Infrastructure Groups. She held various other leadership roles with Eaton, including Vice President of Human Resources for Eaton’s Electrical Sector, America’s region Director of Human Resources for the Electrical Components Division and an international assignment as Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Vehicle Group, Asia Pacific located in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Eaton, she held various human resources leadership roles driving regional and global operations within Merisant Worldwide and British Petroleum (BP). She holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice and master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University.

 

Aaron Pearce

Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Mr. Pearce joined the Company in 2004 as Director of Internal Audit and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He is driving the Company’s focus on administrative efficiencies and cost effectiveness. Mr. Pearce was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2014, and Chief Accounting Officer in July 2015.

From 2006 to 2008, he served as Finance Director for the Company’s Asia Pacific region, and from 2008 to 2010, served as Global Tax Director. In January 2010, Mr. Pearce was appointed Vice President, Treasurer, and Director of Investor Relations, and in April 2013, was named Vice President - Finance, with responsibility for finance support to the Company’s Workplace Safety and ID Solutions businesses, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pearce was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a certified public accountant.

 

Russell Shaller

President - Identification Solutions

Mr. Shaller joined Brady as president of Brady’s Identification Solutions business in 2015. Mr. Shaller has placed a strong emphasis on new product development, helping to transform the Company’s new product pipeline. From 2008-2015, he served as President of Teledyne Microwave Solutions, with responsibility for advanced microwave products sold in the aerospace and communications industry. Before joining Teledyne, Mr. Shaller held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at W.L. Gore & Associates, including Division Leader, Electronic Products Division from 2003 to 2008 and General Manager of Gore Photonics from 2001 to 2003. Prior to joining W.L. Gore in 1993, Mr. Shaller worked in engineering and program management positions at Westinghouse Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware.

Scott Vuchetich

Vice President and General Manager, PDC

Mr. Vuchetich joined Brady in 2015, serving as Vice President and General Manager for the Identification Solutions America’s business. In 2018, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of PDC, Brady’s people identification business, where he is responsible for expanding PDC’s global leadership position. He began his career in the healthcare industry working for APM, a leading healthcare consulting firm focused on healthcare providers. Subsequently, he joined Bain & Company, a strategy consulting firm serving a broad range of industries across a variety of disciplines. After Bain, Mr. Vuchetich worked for various companies in the manufacturing and industrial distribution industries including MRC Global and Tate & Lyle. Mr. Vuchetich holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ann Thornton

Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller

Ms. Thornton has been Brady’s Chief Accounting Officer since 2016 and Corporate Controller and Director of Investor Relations since 2015. As Chief Accounting Officer, Ann is responsible for all investor relations and financial compliance activities, including a system of strong internal controls, the preparation of all financial statements, and the completion of all SEC filings. She joined the Company in 2009 as Corporate Accounting Supervisor. Ms. Thornton held the positions of Corporate Accounting Manager, External Reporting Manager and Corporate Finance Manager from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, she was named Director, Investor Relations and Global Accounting. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Thornton was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2009. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master of accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a certified public accountant.
