Knowing a diverse workplace increases innovation, creativity and effective problem-solving, we are proud of the women in leadership roles throughout our company. Among Wisconsin’s 50 largest publicly traded companies, Brady ranks 5th for representation by women on its corporate board, according to research by Milwaukee Women, Inc., and 40% of Brady’s board committees are chaired by women. That’s diversity in action.

We are driving initiatives to increase the hiring and promotion of people of color through recruiting, mentoring and sponsorship programs.
