Included in this update:

1. Added new languages: Bulgarian, Russian, Croation, Czech, Hungarian, Poland, Romanian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Turkish, and Estonian
2. Improved out-of-the-box display contrast and 'centering' of user selectable range. Existing customers that have changed the brightness (contrast) from default setting may need to re-adjust the setting after this firmware update for optimal readability of the display

To Download the updated Firmware:

1. Click on Begin Download button, Save the file to your desktop.
2. Right click on the downloaded file and select Extract All.
3. Choose the extraction location to be your desktop where a folder will be created with the extracted files.
4. Double click on the created folder and then double click the M410_3.0.1204254_Upgrade icon
5. Double-click the setup.exe icon. This will start the installer.
6. Follow the prompts to install the software.
Note: You may get prompted to update your .net and/or your Microsoft c++, follow the prompts and the software will be updated.

Updating the firmware on the printer:

1. From Windows search bar, enter M410 Update Utility and hit Enter. M410 Update Utility window is opened
2. Connect the M410 printer to your PC via USB cable and power it on
3. Click on Upgrade M410 button and the firmware will upgrade
4. Once the utility is done upgrading the firmware it will prompt you to power off then back on the M410 printer.
Your firmware is now upgraded on the printer.
