Is the M210 printer durable enough for a tough job site?
Absolutely. The M210 is designed to be your toughest partner on the job. It has been tested to withstand a 6-foot drop, 250 lbs of crush force, and military-grade shock (MIL-STD-810G). Its rugged overmolded body ensures it can handle demanding work environments.

What labels work with the M210?
The M210 printer works exclusively with Brady's M21-series label cartridges, which must be Brady Authentic materials. These all-in-one cartridges contain both the label supply and ribbon in a single unit.

How do I install or change a label cartridge?

This is often caused by a dirty print head or roller. First, turn off the printer and remove the cartridge. Use the Brady Cleaning Kit (PCK-6) to gently wipe the print head and the rubber platen roller. Allow them to dry completely before re-inserting the cartridge and turning the printer on.

How long does the battery last, and what are my power options?
The optional rechargeable Li-ion battery (battery charges outside of printer using AC adapter) can print approximately 2000 (2 in. long) labels on a single charge. The printer can also be powered by 6 AA alkaline batteries (sold separately) or by the AC power adapter (included in some kits), which allows you to use the printer while it is charging.
