Using the powerful and free Express Labels Mobile App, you'll see a full-color label preview before printing. Absolutely. The M211 is built on the same rugged platform as the M210. It has been tested to withstand a 6-foot drop, 250 lbs of crush force, and military-grade shock (MIL-STD-810G). Its rugged overmolded body ensures it can handle demanding work environments.

What labels work with the M211?
The M211 printer works exclusively with Brady's M21-series label cartridges, which are also the same label cartridges from the M210, and must be Brady Authentic materials. These all-in-one cartridges contain both the label supply and ribbon in a single unit.

How do I install or change a label cartridge?
The M211 features the same "drop-lock-and-go" system as the M210. Simply open the printer locking lever, drop the cartridge in until it clicks, and close the lever. The printer automatically recognizes the cartridge and sends the details to the Express Labels app.

How does the M211 connect to other devices?
The M211 connects exclusively via Bluetooth® to your iOS or Android smartphone. It does not have USB connectivity to a PC. The M211 only allows for a single connection at a time.

I am having trouble connecting to my M211, why?
The M211 only connects to one device at a time. To connect a new device, you must first disconnect the previous one. You can do this by holding the printer's power button for at least five seconds until the Bluetooth light flashes, making it discoverable again.

Why is my printer not printing clearly?
This is often caused by a dirty print head or roller. First, turn off the printer and remove the cartridge. Use the Brady Cleaning Kit (PCK-6) to gently wipe the print head and the rubber platen roller. Allow them to dry completely before re-inserting the cartridge and turning the printer on.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
The M211 contains an internal, rechargeable Li-ion battery that can print approximately 300 labels on a single charge. It is recharged using the included USB-C cable and AC adapter. You can also use the optional external power brick for recharging.

Is there an accessory to help hold the printer while I work?
Yes, the M211 has two available accessories to help you hold it while you work. The magnet accessory attaches to the side of the printer, allowing you to secure it to any magnetic surface for hands-free labeling.
