Brady Corporation’s Seton and Emedco Businesses Awarded Google Trusted Store Badge

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2013-- Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC), a leading manufacturer and marketer of safety products, signs and identification products for the workplace, announced today that its eCommerce sites, Seton.com and Emedco.com, have been awarded the Google Trusted Store Badge. As part of Google’s Trusted Store Program, the badge is a designation that helps shoppers identify on-line merchants that offer a great shopping experience, including consistent on-time shipping and excellent customer service.

Visitors to the sites will now see the Google Trusted Store badge at the bottom right corner of their screens. The badge reveals site metrics on shipping and customer service performance for customers to view before making a purchase. As an added benefit, when a shopper makes a purchase at a Google Trusted Store, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then in the unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google’s help, and Google will work with Seton and Emedco and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to $1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.
