Offer valid in U.S. Limit of 1 rebate per qualified customer. Rebate only available to post-customers of Brady Safety Services Lockout Tagout services. Rebates may only be redeemed by end customers upon submitting a proof of purchase of lockout tagout products. Brady Corporation will solely determine the rebate amount upon review of the invoice. Rebate will be processed and posted to end user customer within 14 business days following form submission. Rebate is not available where it would violate any applicable law or regulation.
