Women in Leadership
Brady is proud to lead the way among publicly-traded companies in the State of Wisconsin, with 50% female representation on our Board of Directors.
Since 2004, Milwaukee Women Inc has published an annual research report on the percentage of women serving on the boards of directors of the 50 largest Wisconsin public companies. Brady continues to be in the top 10 year after year.
Employee-driven ERGs
In the United States, employees are encouraged to participate in our Employee Resource Groups, all of which were formed and are led by employees who are passionate about providing a place for their colleagues to network and grow.
